Keith Teare (born in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, UK on 27 August 1954) is a British technology entrepreneur. He has founded or co-founded many successful companies since the early 1980s.
He is credited with being part of:
- CYBERIA,[1] the UK's first internet cafe;
- Easynet,[2] Europe's first consumer Internet Service Provider;
- RealNames,[3] the first multi-lingual addressing system for the Internet;
- Archimedes Ventures LLC,[4] a vehicle for his incubation, investments and consulting service;
- TechCrunch,[5] the world's first and biggest technology blog.[6]
